At CONDIO the health of our employees always comes first, and it is a matter close to our heart. Yes, we know exercise and an active lifestyle helps with being healthy, hence the gym/sports room, in house health manager, massage room and active equipment like e-bikes and SUP boards all free to use for employees. However, what you put into your body is also very important, so our CONDIO chefs prepare a healthy meal every day, including a vegetarian alternative.
CONDIO was founded in Werder (Havel), a small city next to Berlin. We are a team of over 170 employees from 19 countries. Together we are reinventing the food industry of tomorrow.
